I have not thoroughly reviewed this DVD, so my review may deserve another star. I just wanted to correct the earlier reviewer who said the subject was not draped and wore a thong, while the therapist did not demonstrate draping techniques. I can only conclude that Ms. Wilkinson viewed a different video. The subject was wearing nothing, but was constantly draped in one fashion or another. Indeed, the therapists emphasized draping techniques. In that respect and all others that I can determine, the presentation was extremely professional. Ms. Wilkinson was most definitely not reviewing this DVD.

This video was so helpful! As with the other videos I've seen from Aesthetic VideoSource, it's really easy to follow and it covers a lot of information. The video was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I took the chance and I have to say that I definetly got my money's worth. If you want to learn more about Stone Massage, this is a really great video for just that!

Somehow this DVD has many high ratings. I’ve been doing massage for five years and am getting into stone massage so I wanted to check out a good educational option. This guys “body mechanics” are awful and he does the same superficial rocking through out. Not to mention his need to work on two parts of the body at once instead of focusing on one is just a joke and sloppy. Save yourself some time and look into anything by Bruce Boltz.

very informative, couple of areas where it was boring. Great for the first time hot stone user. Wouldn't reccomend for someone who took hot stone massage classes already (review).It gave you overall of what hot stones were all about, origination, and technique.

I have several Meades videos he is easy to understand not boring either

Good basics, take a class also if you are trying to learn how to do stone massage. I took Aromatherapy hot stones massage after I watched and practice the DVD
