The sticks were a little oily and the meat was a little mushy. I put the sticks in my food dehydrator for about 5 hours on hi and the are now delish. a good snap when you bit them and the spiciness is enhanced and the meat is firmer. I will buy more and use my dehydrator. If you don't have a ehydrator, you can put them in the oven on low.

These are a softer meat stick and less like jerky in texture. They definitely have a heat kick to them that will leave your nose a little runny. Overall, these are my favorite of the jerky-like products I've tried off Amazon and are leagues better than Tillamooks beef sticks or other similar products.

I have become a connoisseur of beef sticks in the past year for my daily snack, this is the 10th or 12th different one I've tried and hands down this is the tastiest most satisfying beef stick to date! I love spice so if you don't (I would say these are medium hot) try one of their other flavors.If you like meaty, smoky, salty, full flavor than this is the one for you, and at a good price point ~$15.00

Great tasting.

Bought them not expecting much, but was very happy with my purchase. Great heat and "snap". Soft but not mushy. On par price wise. Wish they offered a bigger package however.

I was excited to try these but found that they were too spicy for me. I then ordered the regular ones and found them to be very good!

Good Flavor & Quality Meat

These were a bit wet when they arrived, but wet because I think that's how it's packaged. Thus, probably why some users reported mold. I kept mine in the fridge and it was gone in a week. I enjoyed the sticks. Good flavor. Nice snap on the skin. Too bad meat sticks are kind of expensive.
