Does what it is supposed to do
I have suffered from fatigue, lack of sleep and stress for as long as I can remember. It is a very useful tool for healing and boosting your immune system. Promotes relaxation and relieves me from pain. Recovery from gym is also faster than usual. Sleep has improved and I feel more refreshed from waking up. I use this daily on different parts of my body for 15minutes and I am very pleased with it. Be very careful with the front panel during & after use it is very hot. Always maintain a safe distance from the front ceramic panel.

My lamp broke down too fast. I wasn’t even using it tht often. Only 4 months of time to time using :( However, infrared itself it’s an amazing healing light. And this lamp covers your face, neck and décolleté very well
