I’ve been very happy with this Nutricost Psyllium Husk supplement. The capsules are convenient and much easier for me to take compared to mixing psyllium powder into drinks. They’re easy to swallow, gentle on my stomach, and have worked well as part of my daily routine. No oder, but you need to take a lot
Be prepared to take a good amount of these is you're tryong to supplement yourfiber. The RDA is between 21 and 25g. So even 3xs a day full serving (3 pills) is 4.5g It doesn't have a bad taste and is good if you just need a small gap filler for your nutritional needs.

I cannot understand how like 1 additional gram of fiber makes pooping easier but it does? Easy to swallow and seem to do the trick!

Easy way to add fiber to my diet.
I added three capsules a day in response to needing more fiber in my diet. These capsules along with some added liquids are an easy way of doing that. Adding these capsules does not involve any taste. I don't have any side effects, and they appear to work well with my existing diet. I take them once a day in the evening. They appear to work for me.
