Supports regular digestion
I’ve been very happy with this Nutricost Psyllium Husk supplement. The capsules are convenient and much easier for me to take compared to mixing psyllium powder into drinks. They’re easy to swallow, gentle on my stomach, and have worked well as part of my daily routine. I don't understand
I cannot understand how like 1 additional gram of fiber makes pooping easier but it does? Easy to swallow and seem to do the trick!

No oder, but you need to take a lot
Be prepared to take a good amount of these is you're tryong to supplement yourfiber. The RDA is between 21 and 25g. So even 3xs a day full serving (3 pills) is 4.5g It doesn't have a bad taste and is good if you just need a small gap filler for your nutritional needs.

Did not help enuff with my cat, but cat had a difficult problem.
Did not work on my cat. There was something else wrong with my cat. But my vet said that other people said their cats were really helped with this pill.
