It is a supplement I take every morning because I was told to by my family physician. I have not experienced problems from using this product and I believe it effectively helps to bring up my vitamin D as needed.

I continue to order this product to maintain my D3/K2 vitamin level. Made in the US, clean and vetted, the product is easy to use, comes in small capsules, easy to swallow, and provides in one dose 5,000 IU of D3, facilitated for absorption by the K2. One bottle is enough for 1 year. This one product usefully replaces the need for 2 capsules, one of D3 and one of K2, so more convenient. The pricing is higher than other brands but the product is also of higher quality being liposomal, meaning the delivery system to the body is more efficient. I highly recommend this product and won't be changing brand anytime soon. A maintenance of 2 capsules per day is my regimen for bone strength and energy level, so I use 2 bottles per year, which is a good investment in my overall health.
