Comes with a plastic tumbler, so no question of damage by external source.Springs are quite tight, 1 way it gives sturdy feeling, but it shouldn't apply too much pressure on clothes and leaves mark after drying.Overall happy with this purchase.Let's see how long it lasts.

Superb Quality Product!
The clips are made of a good quality plastic that makes it durable. The spring which holds the 2 parts of the clip together is also strong. Overall these clips are sturdy as compared to the normal, low cost clips. No need to frequently replace the low cost clips now!It comes with a plastic box. Not only cloth clips but other small things also can be stored in this box. (I stored small Lego pieces)Further I received Thank you card which also mentioned that it is made in India. It is really heartwarming!Proud to purchase ‘Made in India’ product.
