Is this plastic tool box pink?

The outside of the box itself is like a dark/black and the latches are pink....same with the tool handles. Its pretty much just as shown. I love it!

Does the screw drivers have magnet?

Yes, the socket screwdriver is magnetized.

What's up with the label saying that it contains chemicals that cause cancer?

There is a law that was passed in California called Prop65. Something along the lines that anything that could have been made in a factory or stored in a warehouse that might have had any exposure to any type of carcinogenic substance that could end up in CA must have a a warning label on it. I work for a pump distribution center in PA and we have to put these labels on all our products prior shipping. If you google Prop65 you can read all the details.
