Very good wafers milk chocolate and melts good!

I'm a caterer and was trying to find a quality chocolate to make a variety of items - Dubai Chocolate, hot chocolate bombs, etc. - and this is by far THE BEST chocolate I have found!

Melts well and is great for candy making
The texture of the melted chocolate is smooth and is thin enough to cover bon bons, peanut butter bites and cherries and any other treats. Doesn’t taste as rich as Ghirardelli’s but the ease of use and price can’t be beat when making lots of candy. Will order again.

False advertising
False advertisement. Says it is Merckens but merckens is not anywhere on the package. It says on the ad for this product distributed by Merckens but Merckens is no where on my bag of chocolate. And it is NOT Merckens quality.
