So the bottle contains capsules and three green pills don't understand what's up with that. Never in my life have I purchased anything that contains different pills in the bottle. Buyer beware

When I was younger, I could notice the difference in my energy with these pills. Now, in my mid 40s, I notice the difference when I stop taking them. After a couple of weeks off them, I feel weaker and more body aches. As soon as I start taking them again, my body feels more balanced. So, I am sure they work for me.

I was literally taking 2 aleve a day for joint and foot pain until these miracle pills hit my home. My pain had gotten so bad that I couldn't get through my work day without popping aleve. I did some research and decided to give these pills a try and when I say I got instant relief, I kid you not. These were super awesome and I plan on ordering more.

I forget why my daughter said to buy this. I will research and most likely buy this supplement again.

I can taste the seaweed through the capsules - that is fine because I did order seaweed lol.

i took a shot on this but i dont see the purpose
