Easy to use
Bought for my parents, who now struggle with strength. Great device and so easy and effortless to use

I found the instructions very limited but managed to identify all the parts involved. The aerator/pourer is good and the pump is effective in keeping the wine fresh. My biggest problem was with the cork removal. It is very difficult to keep the opener vertical when holding the bottle and pressing the button simultaneously.

The media could not be loaded. Very useful for someone who has arthritic hands or a weak grip. Opener does the job for you! I bought one as a gift from my Sister to my partner. Then I bought another for a friend. The pourer is lovely, had no drips!
