Torn at two places

On wearing the maxi I found it is torn at two places. Very poor quality and old or used one.

Good maxi. Washed it and wore it. First wash bleeds colour but hopefully it won't after a few washes. I'm 5'5" . Weigh 74. It touches floor . For me loose fitting. But I'm comfortable with this fitting. Very good 👍👍👍 I'm ordering other colours too.
