AimShotReflex Sight Circle Dot

Contrary to other reviews the quick mount locks firmly on metal (Al or steel) as well as the "plastic" (FAB) rails I found in my safe. So far it holds zero - few hundred .223 and 7.62x39 rounds fired. I don't expect any problems here, the cheaper HG-M2 serves well for three years and over 10k rounds fired - this one looks much more rugged and there are no moving parts for changing the reticle.The only "surprise" was that the windage and elevation arrows are pointing the other way, turning to "R"/"UP" direction actually moves the hits on the target to the left/down.

My Experience:Single rails that meet the Picatinny specifications for recoil groove width were needed.My recently purchased Hg-Pro Aimshot Circle Dot Reflex Sight mounts to my single Picatinny rail.The quick release cannot function properly in my opinion.When I want a sponge mounted sight this quickie release/install mechanism works great.When adjusted so that the sight is solid on the rail the quick release and quick mounting is impossible.To achieve a solid mount I must tighten two allen head screws along with the quickie clamping mechanism.There is nothing quick about mounting/removing this sight solidly to my Picatinny rails.
