The product was great and arrived on time. The only issue I had was the seller put the wrong charging wire in the package and I had to get a new one with the right cord.

I adjusted the rating to 5 stars. Had a faulty cable but JJC (supplier) quickly sent a good cable that enables all feature buttons on the TP-S2 grip to work as expected.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!I purchased one in June 2023, and by October 2024 it was completely broken and unresponsive. So I purchased another one, and now in March 2025, that one is completely non-functioning after only a handful of uses over a few months. These products are garbage and the company does not respond to my repeated attempts to contact them about it. It's unfortunate because I had bought a similar product from another company that was not usable and this one seemed to be better quality, but only for a while until it becomes a paperweight.

What a great purchase for $40! I love this so much as it works so well with my Sony HDR-CX405! That cam is so lightweight it is great to steady it with this grip and be able to zoom in and out and control the camera functions plus it’s a tripod too! Much cheaper than the $150 Sony one. I don’t understand the other reviews. It works great! It will travel well too!

Flops around at connection ,feels like it may break..Sony makes a much more sturdy Item but at a hiigh cost,,hoping it will not get weaker over time,,worke well for price paid,thgough a little on the cheap side.

The quality is OK.

The tripod feels nice and sturdy but they sent me the wrong cord. The product description said this would work for my Sony ZV-1, but the cord does not fit into my camera. I’m going to have to order one separately.
