Sponge filters received were obviously used because they still had debri in the sponges. Can't sell used products as new.Something needs done about this.

The image of a black box with two blue and onenwhite filter media is NOT what you get. Packaging is different and I only received two white filter media.

I bought two Shark ADV 800Neither of them had enough power to suck inA single micro bubble or fish flake…I contacted support. Sent a video andreply was not surprising …. They didn’treply at all. If we could give zero or less ratingsI would give this product I negative five
