Good replacement for the DC23 Turbine Head attachment belt
The canister does not have a belt but the turbine head attachment does. If the turbine head brushes are not spinning and you have removed the hair etc., it may be a broken belt. It's a bit of a challenge to disassemble and install the new belt but there are a few YouTube videos that helped me. Dyson replacement turbine heads are over $100 and for the most part are out of stock/discontinued.

Got me back up and running!
Exact OEM product.. installation was difficult but not impossible. Just have to pay attention to what your doing. But that is a design of the vacuum, and has nothing to do with the belt..

Could not open vacuum head to replace belt
Belt is the solution but Dyson vacuum head could not be taken apart to replace.
