This is by the far the best pillow I have tried and a great design. I have previously gone through so many different types of pillows as I have next pain and joint problems, having also had surgery on my neck I need the right kind of support. For me the memory foam element of this is perfect as it provides good support without feeling too solid. In others, the raised neck part has been too firm or barely existent whereas this is perfect for me. The quality is great and it has lasted me ages whereas in the past I would change pillows very regularly. Highly recommend and great value for your money as it will last you ages. No issues with it smelling even when new.

I'm a 30 year old Hotelier who is on their feet all day. Recently I've been waking up with shoulder pain and back pain, so decided to look at pillow options. I've always been a "two pillow" kinda guy, so the thought of changing to just one pillow was an odd one, but I took the plunge and bought a ComfyCozy. The first few nights were difficult. I wasnt immediately taken by the pillow; it gave me a headache and I found myself switching back to my original pillows. But I kept going back to the ComfyCozy. After the first few nights adapting to the new pillow, I found myself having the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. I'm mostly a side sleeper (and occasionally a back sleeper), and the support and comfort from the pillow is fantastic. I no longer wake up with aches and pains, and I'm getting a good night's sleep time and time again. I just wish it came with more than one pillow case, or you could get extras! Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful sleep with no pain!

The pillow fits my own pillowcases perfectly and looks great on the bed. It is incredibly comfortable when I sleep on my back and has eliminated my neck pain. The photos indicate that the pillow is good for side sleepers but I find it quite uncomfortable if i turn on my side. Really reasonable price for the quality of the pillow.

Even after 3 years of constant using works well

It takes some getting use to but like everything in life that can be good for you, you have to persevere. I felt as though I was Wilma Flint stone at first, and the pillow was like rock, but having used it for a few weeks I now find it very comfortable and supportive, I'm not waking up with headaches and a stiff painful neck. I've had lots of pillows over time, some of which are in the loft, but hopefully this will last me some time.

The pillow is firm comfortable and I get a good nights sleep on it but the round bit for the neck support is not firm enough to keep its shape, so when my neck rests on it, it gives in to the weight on it a bit and therefore doesn’t actually support it properly. My previous pillow (same thing but a different make) did not do this, it kept the shape and so the support was better. It doesn’t seem to be affecting my neck in any way but it’s harder to find a comfortable sleeping position on my side.

So after spending a fortune on every type of pillow under the sun I thought I’d give this one a go after reading the reviews and researching cranial pillows for neck injury/pain. Quick back story, I was in a car accident some 20 years ago where my C1 and C2 were permanently damaged giving a lot of pain and limited left and right movement. Getting older was making it worse and I was having chronic pain every morning and disrupted sleep during the night. When the pillow arrived it was rolled up in a small box. It’s definitely worth taking it out and giving it several hours to expand because it does make a difference. I’ve tried it for a week now. It has improved my sleep and pain enormously which, being extremely cynical about reviews, I’m really surprised at. I tried two nights on the higher side and five on the lower. I’m a side and back sleeper. The higher side is great for lying on your back but I found lying on my side made my ear feel very squashed and after day two I woke with a headache. I turned the pillow around to the lower side which sorted all that. No more squashed ear or headache. I’m 5’2” and I found the size just right for me. I’m not scrunching my shoulders up in my sleep anymore and I’m waking up with minimal pain. Sleep is definitely improved. This is not a miracle cure and has made no difference to my movement range but to be able to wake up with no pain is lush. I would recommend this and plan to buy another for travelling.

I bought this pillow having suffered from shoulder and neck pain over the past few months and wondering if it might help. I usually sleep on 2 pillows and wondered if I might find it hard to adjust to this lower level but actually I slept well from the first night. It is comfortable for both side and back sleeping and has a removable, washable cover. It does fit inside a regular pillow case too if you prefer to use your own. The memory foam is good quality and the pillow is keeping its shape perfectly. I can't say that I am suddenly pain free but I do think there has been a slight reduction in my discomfort. The eye mask was an unnecessary and unused extra for me.

It's good, but very uncomfortable. It didn't come with an eye mask as described, which means the description wasn't accurate.

It seems to be fairly good quality. It is a little thinner than I like.

I ordered two pillows and they smell heavily of cigarettes.
