I have a Projector Clock radio at home, but wanted one for when I travel as I missed having the time projected on the ceiling. My criteria was simple: the clock needed to be quick and easy to set up, clear display, and small enough to throw in a carry on bag.This clock fitted all the criteria, with the added bonus that the display on the clock could be completely dimmed so that it wasn’t shining in my face on the bedside table. Recommended.

Once set up it is easy to use. I like the fact that it has two alarms. I particularly like the fact that it can also charge your mobile through the clock.

Parcel label stuck directly on product not able to remove and that’s rubbish when it’s a gift! Product itself is good though.

This clock was bought to replace a 15 year old projection clock. I was apprehensive about buying it after reading the complaining reviews about brightness of the screen and projection blurriness. There are 3 brightness settings. Zero (unreadable in dark), light and bright. If you want it on the light setting yes you can see light emanating from the screen. Its not terrible if anything I would rather have it like that. If its next to your bed, the brightness button is on top you tap it with your finger so if you want to leave it off and for some reason you cannot read the projection then just tap the top 3 times to get it bright then back to off. As for the blurry projection, well my ceiling is average if not above average and I've stretched the image out to further places. It is ever so slightly blurry but still readable all you are doing is telling the time not watching TV on it. Hope it lasts as Im pleased with it. If I HAD to complain I would say it is ever so slightly light and easy to knock around. It also tells me what DAY it is which is VERY HELPFUL when I wake up !!

Bought for spare bedroom so didn’t want to spend a fortune. It’s ok for the money. Small-ish neat clock. Not too fiddly to set up (though not radio controlled so it needs resetting when clocks go forward/back) I use it with the time projection on the wall all night, the face of the clock itself unlit and I have it plugged in at the mains. The main negative: as some others have said, the projected numbers on the wall are quite small and pretty blurry - and there’s no way of focusing it. So, it’s not really easy to read, especially in the middle of the night when you wake up with bleary eyes and just want to quickly glance at the numbers to see what time it is. To be honest, if it was for daily use in the main bedroom, I wouldn’t be happy with it and would spend more money to get something better. But, for the spare room and costing under £20 it’s not too bad. I haven’t tried the alarms. Have never been able to get the usb function to work - thought that was a little bonus to be able to charge a phone on it, but haven’t managed to get that working. If the projected numbers were clearer or there was a way to bring it into focus and sharpen them up, I’d have happily given it 4* But the blurriness really only makes it pretty average.
