Lovely mix.
I use this mix for the all my red pasta sos and is just lovely, it has all the spices I'm after for my pasta sos.

Looks fresh but flavour and smell is horrible
Delivery no problem, herbs look fresh, however, on opening the packet i got an almost instant feeling of nausea from the smell. It reminded me of dried minestrone soup from the 80's maybe? I decided to power on and put the herbs on some roast vegetables. Unfortunately the smell got worse. This unfortunately overpowered the taste for me. All the ingredients are things that I would normally eat which is unusual that I had such a strong response. Maybe it was the dried tomato? I guess taste is subjective. I'm from the UK and my wife is from NZ who had the same response.

Do not buy this product
I thought I am purchasing italuan seasoning for spaghetti and is for indian foods and on top is powder havd no clue what they have added there

Amazing smell and beautiful spice mixture

Used this to season my last "Spaghetti night" Sauce. Didn't take nearly as much, seasoning, to get a good flavor! It was very tasty! For a fresher taste at a decent price.

I don't often use pre-made spice blends, but being an American now living in Portugal, I was trying to find one that resembled Italian seasoning found in the spice cabinets of many homes back in the USA. And I have to say, after having used this one in a recent recipe, I have no reason to search any further. It has that familiar flavor profile I was searching for, but I think this one is actually better. I made the best minestrone soup ever with this, and I'm looking forward to sprinkling it on my pizzas, putting it in olive oil to dip some freshly baked bread in, and doing all sorts of different things in the kitchen with it. It's excellent, and you can tell the spices are freshly dried because they're very pungent. I like the resealable packaging to maintain its freshness. Very well done with this blend.
