Previously, I compared three top-rated EAA+hydration products (Modern Sports Nutrition, Mutant, and Nutrex) and I liked Modern Sports Nutrition best, but have been unable to get it lately so I tried AP. Compared to the others, AP mixes at least as well, tastes at least as good, has more EAAs per serving, and is made in the USA (so is Modern Sports Nutrition). The only downside is that it currently costs 20% more per serving than the most expensive EAA+hydration product I tried previously.I've tried all of the flavors and they all taste good. All flavors look white when mixed (see photo). I'm not sure how to describe Blue Crystal -- it is a fruity flavor, but not blueberry (maybe more raspberry-like).Update: The price is now (Oct 2024) about half of what it was when I wrote my original review. Kudos for that!

I usually do not take the time to write reviews.... but after trying this product... I felt the need to do you all a solid favor and write a review!! I must say the FLAVORS they offer are Delicious!!!! I’ve also tried the “lemon meets lime” flavor and it’s a 10/10. Tastes like lemonade, it is not too sweet, it is just right! I like to switch it up depending on what flavor I want to sip on during my training. I put some ice in my shaker, one scoop of EAA, add water and shake that baby up. It keeps me hydrated throughout my workout while I enjoying the flavor! Best of both worlds! 😍 I must say it is perfect for muscle recovery just in one serving you get 10.5 grams of full spectrum aminos! Buying this again, for sure!! Get it!!! You will thank me later. 👍🏼

Loved this for my intra and post workout drink! Flavor is strong and on point! The powder dissolves quick and mixes well with water too. This EAA hits the spot to quench your thirst and feel great during a workout!

I was looking for a good intra/post workout supplement to take while working out to help with recovery. This product contains EAAs and BCAAs which are a staple in the workout industry for people making sure their body is getting the proper recovery and hydration, which is crucial for the serious athlete. I usually deal with soreness often after workouts and this product has minimized this drastically. I went with the Squeeze Me Grape flavor and it's outstanding. I know a lot of people have a love/hate relationship with grape flavored supplements but this is by far the best tasting grape flavored product I have ever taken. Highly recommend!

i liked the apple flavor EEA but im only going to give it TWO starts maybe ONE because its one of those no longer in stock niche products from another one of those companies that have to many niche products.the price was okay it was probably under $20 at the time with around 30 servings . that better than buying soda pop .but i ended up replacing this EEA with prima force rocket pop flavor. probably another product i bought on sale under $20. i think all this junk with the same flavors (rocket pop) (wild berry) all come from the same places in china anyway . different labels same suspects chemicals/ amino acids .i see another brand has green apple. that's next on my brand to test out .i do think EEA or bcaa are a good after work / after dinner drink for me when im winding down at night. something cold on ice. in a double walked cup or bottle . refreshing. stim free.i dont like soda at night . and no caffeine for me . i dont want a carbonated drink at night that make me pee all night .i have something from evl (wild berry) flavor. taste good but thats a pre workout with caffeine.so many choices but not enough time or more for me to try everything.Two stars for now from me.i did like drinking at night lost work.but the seller did not keep it in stock so i moved on the the next thing .

Even if this had 0 benefits I would still drink the lemon lime, I can’t believe how good it taste! I drink this post workout and I don’t feel as sore the next day after heavy lifting. I’ve tried this after a hangover as well and felt great, it’s really good for dehydration. It’s like IV hydration in a powder form. I’m so happy I found this product.

I must say that the ‘Lemon Meets Lime’ flavor tastes amazing. I very much enjoy it intra workout because I feel more hydrated and I definitely feel the difference during my recovery.
