Will this work with a 2016 Fiesta 5 Door? I'm concerned about the factory spoiler on the back being in the way.

Yes, it is a fit. However, pay attention to the FIT NOTES concerning strap placement.

How to put a step thru bike on Yakima fullback bike carrier

I believe Yakima sells an upper bar to make it look like a men's bike. It should fit then.

will this work on tesla 3?

The rack is heavy and takes a bit to get used to. Yakimas website has a fit guide. It lists every carthat the rack will fit on. If not listed, call yakima first before u buy
