Nursem FRAGRANCE FREE HAND CREAM – 75ml | Fast-absorbing, natural hand cream cruelty free for sensitive skin

I bought this cream for a change to replace an old hand cream and I’m glad I tried it as I find it very good - although it’s not heavy it does a very good job at moisturising my very dry hands and soaks in right away ! You can buy it either with or without scent I can recommend it if you do not want a heavy hand cream . It seems to keep my hands soft all day even after washing.

At first glance, I thought this cream wouldn't work because it seemed watery in consistency/application, but after trying many different types of hand cream, this has been the only cream that healed my severely cracked and bleeding hands without noticeable allergic reaction. My only wish is that this was an organic product, but other than that, more than happy to repurchase. - SH

A good moisturiser, my sons eczema improved as it does with cetraben etc etc, but he prefers this one as its non greasy, which I can definitely vouch for. Overpriced though.

Have used this along with the fragranced version... Both equally excellent and quickly absorbs. I rely on handcream twice a day and this is without a doubt the best I have found to date!

It goes on nicely and sinks in without feeling greasy. Helped soften rough areas. But I have to say it smells terrible! I ended up putting a few drops of lavender and rose geranium oils into it, which improved it massively.

Nursem has been one of my go to creams for a while but I had never tried the fragrance free version until recently because of availability when I was purchasing in store.Hadn’t thought to order on Amazon but I’m so glad I gave it a try.I get really overwhelmed by the scent of the original but I love how quickly it absorbs so I can go about my day.This stuff is magic! No scent, absorbs quickly and actually moisturises sore and cracked hands.I especially love it as a wheelchair user because I can put some on, let it dry quickly and continue to propel myself without slipping.Will be stocking up!

This is a fantastic product! During the height of covid, this cream made all the difference. It was so gentle but so effective at stopping the skin on my hands splitting open due to all the alcohol gels and the strengthened hand washes. It does not really have a small, it absorbs into the skin quickly and does not leave an oil base or a tacky feeling. It is very effective for what it does and I am still using it - a little does go a long way!
