I had a Logitech trackball mouse, but the Left button had started double clicking. So, I ordered this trackball mouse. It was much cheaper and I figured If I did not like it, I would just send it back. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. It fits my palm better than the Logitech. The ball is just as precise. But even better, the scroll wheel is also much more precise. No more am I moving 10 or fifteen lines down with each click turn. Now I am moving only a few lines which I like much better. Also, like the Logitech, it uses a battery rather than being rechargeable. I works on my Windows and on my Linux. What a nice surprise.

Love these trackball mice! Had one that died, went to the basic BT mouse, but have to zoom all over the friggin' desk to move the cursor. Back to trackball, so much easier. It will take some getting used-to, but once you get it, it's great. Adjust the cursor speed in your OS mouse settings. Default is way too fast. Also set the largest pointer you have.

Bought this mouse 4 years ago, and today I'm ordering another. The scroll wheel has started to lose its mind, adding extra jumps randomly in the opposite direction of the way I'm scrolling. Not the end of the world, but it becomes frustrating fighting a senile mouse after a while. The battery lasts about a week now, which is to be expected after this long and doesn't bother me so long as I remember before it dies (you can still use it while charging, just have to turn it off and on again after plugging it in). Other than that, it's done everything I wanted perfectly. Perfectly enough that I'm buying another one, anyway. 4 stars for 4 years.

Smooth movement of the mouse. Very comfortable to use. After a few minutes of use, feels like a regular mouse. Recommended

Since this mouse was only $20 i thought i would give it a try. I had been using the Evoluent left handed Vertical Mouse. The cord on it got cut so it doesn't work anymore. It is a $90 mouse that is kind of dated in functionality but it is 6 button and programable . The ECHTPower's buttons are NOT programable. I can't go back to a basic mouse. It is also too small for my hand. I had the large version of the Evoluent. The 2 sides buttons on the ECHTPowe are in bad position so you can't even reach them with your thumb (Totally useless). I wish someone sold a large left handed wireless vertical mouse.
