Great way of getting the right amount of fibre in your diet.
I chose this powder form of psyllium after reading the reviews and it seemed good value for money.I'm currently doing the Fast 800 diet, so getting enough fibre (30g recommend a day) has proved difficult.I use this to top up my fibre intake, by mixing it into a glass of lukewarm water, which helps it dissolve, or by adding it to protein drinks in a blender. It thickens up extremely quickly, so if you don't add enough water , it can go like wallpaper paste! It forms a gel like consistently as it swells, which will create the sensation of fullness, when you swallow it.I've never had an issue with constipation but I can see how this will make gut transit a lot faster! It will help you poop, so try not to overdo it!Also, make sure it is mixed thoroughly because if you end up with lumps, they will stick to your teeth like glue.Overall, it's easy to use , has a very mild, wheaty flavour and is a great addition to any calorie restricted diet, being super low carb.

Lumpy but helps clear the gut
Thr flavour is neutral. A bit like an earthy, weak bread /porridge flavour perhaps. I quite like it because it tastes natural and pure.Difficult to get it to mix in with water. Tends to end up thick and lumpy. If you add enough liquid it’s easy enough to swallow if you arent too fussy about swallowing lumps. It works for me though. Helps make me more regular. Going to the toilet now means that I don’t have to sit there for ages with that feeling that I have more to offload!

Great for my keto cooking recipes! And also keeps you regular :-)
I use this Psyllium Husk Powder for my keto recipes, and it has made a noticeable difference in my baking. It helps create the right texture in cakes and cookies without adding carbs. The health benefits are great too; it aids digestion and promotes gut health. It's different to Psyllium fibre as it is finely ground into a powder . The powder mixes smoothly into recipes and forms a gel-like consistency when combined with liquids, which enhances its effectiveness in baking. In contrast, whole psyllium husks can be coarser and may not blend as seamlessly, making them less ideal for certain recipes. So be mindful when you buy this! This powder has now become an essential ingredient in my kitchen.

Best Psyllium I’ve Tried – Smooth Texture, No Grit
I’ve tried a few brands, and this one is easily the best. I made the mistake of switching once and immediately noticed the gritty, sand-like texture of the other product. This mixes well with plain water, has no unpleasant taste or texture, and always helps my digestion. I’ve bought it multiple times, consistently excellent.

Prefer the flakes
This is way too finely ground and it’s a nightmare to mix with water

You only need a very small amount
After struggling with bowel movement for many years due to a critical illness and the medication used to suppress the symptoms this was becoming a real problem. On visiting a new Doctor recently he advised that I try it. He then went through my prescription drug list and told me which drug was causing me problems. The first time anyone had done this. He then explained that I need to keep taking the particular drug. I thought square one again. He then said there is a natural remedy that you take sprinkled on breakfast. He pointed me in the direction of this product. I only need half a teaspoon a day. One thing I would advise is to put it on just before you eat them. It tends to Congeal with the milk. I still take Bisocodyl but I have cut out a few doses. It’s got a slightly sweet taste but not overpowering.

Value for money
Helps with my health. Little hard to dissolve. No flavour which is a good thing.
