These kettle bells are really quality and are easier to use compared to the cast iron ones. I have a longer frame and these actually feel a lot better when I do the clean and snatch movements. I like the fact they are all the same size and have ordered another heavier version for my kettlebell swings. All and all they are worth it if you are serious about using them.

Love kettlebell kings but the powder coat on these two seemed like it was layered with spray paint and the prior kettlebell king bells I have had a gritty powder coat which was great for grip. These are really slick and can see where it might be an issue when getting sweat on them.
