Correct amounts of nutrients for my needs
Many senior multivitamins don’t have enough vitamin C to meet the current recommendations. This one meets the current recommendations, and provides a bit extra of the B vitamins. I’m a woman, but feel the amounts of vitamins in this supplement meet my needs better than the women’s version. I have a graduate degree in nutrition, by the way, from an actual accredited university.
