This is a great formula for joint health. It contains a variety of proven joint health supplements that I have taken for quite some time. Glucosamine sulfate has been shown to positively impact joint health in multiple studies. This formula uses the more expensive (but more effective) sulfate form of glucosamine, which is good. I have taken glucosamine sulfate since 2002, and despite a lot of running and a lot of lifting, my knees and joints are amazing (I take other supplements too). This formula also contains Boswellia and turmeric extracts, both powerful anti-inflammatory herbs, which I also take on a regular basis. The amount of turmeric extract in this formula is a little low. The only reason I gave it four stars is that turmeric extract and Boswellia are absorbed more efficiently when paired with other chemicals that enhance absorption. These include lecithin and black pepper extract. This formula does not contain any of these, which might limit the effectiveness of these herbs. Overall, however, this is a powerful joint health formula.

Serving - 4 capsules daily = bottle 30 servings This is an excellent combination for cartilage / connective tissue / structural support. The main ingredient > Glucosamine 1,500 mg >>> supports cartilage and this sulfate form has been shown in studies to work better than the vegan form HCI. All these ingredients are known to help with joint and skin health which I've taken in other brands for years. The reason for 4 stars is the serving size. Other brands I've taken include 1,500 mg Glucosamine in 2 capsules daily.
