Not the cheapest, very sturdy bottle, good customer service. I’m taking them for ectopic heart beats and they do seem reduced. Not gone altogether but one wouldn’t expect that. So far one month in.

Very good product, been taking it for a while and now I cannot live without it. Strongly recommend it to everyone, as most of my family and friends are taking it and great reviews from everyone. Give it a try, my recommendation is to stock up for 2 months so you can see / feel the results.

I heard of liposomal vitamin C before, but never magnesium. I take magnesium every day to help my muscles relax and also keep my guts moving. I can tell if a brand isn't working if I try something different from my normal one. Being curious about this one, I thought I would give it a go. The great news is that it does work in the way my normal brand of magnesium citrate does. I have to take three capsules to have the same affect as three of my normal so not much difference there. Liposomal technology means that the active ingredients are encapsulated in a lipid layer with the theory that it can enter the bloodstream and the cells more easily where it is needed. This product also has a range of different, easily absorbable magnesium salts rather than just the one. I think it's a really great product. My only quibble is that it is more expensive than my usual, working out at just under 90p per day for three capsules. My plain magnesium citrate works out at a quarter of the price but you are getting more for your money in this product.

*** These capsules are NOT 160mg each, they are 40mg each *** I noticed how confusing the supplement label and description was, so I checked their website which didn’t solve the issue. For the purposes of a full and frank review I then phoned the manufacturer for clarity. Initially the person on the phone checked their website and said it was 160mg per capsule. Then, when I said it seemed it was saying that 160mg meant for 4 capsules and that 160mg x4 per day would actually be 640 (far exceeding the UK’s 270mg recommended daily allowance for magnesium) they said they weren’t sure, and that they *thought* it was still 160mg but that the manufacturer thinks only 1 or 2 per day is needed. An hour or so later I had an email saying they’d spoken to the company director and confirmed it was definitely 40mg per capsule. *** Aside from this confusion, my experience of these capsules have been positive! It has the reassurance of a hygiene seal to remove before using it, and is easy and simple to use the bottle (which incidentally is very luxurious and attractive in glossy gold!) Unlike other supplement bottles there is no “neck” so you can easily reach into the open cylindrical bottle, or tip one into your hand. I like that the bottle is quite slim and tall, so it takes up less space. I do find that without supplemental magnesium I get cramps in my calves which appear after a day or so of not taking magnesium, and my sleep also goes downhill (I wake up during the night). This makes it relatively easy to assess whether a supplement is effective for me. I find that when taking 1 of these capsules a day I do not get any muscle cramps returning, and my sleep is normal. I have no unwanted effects from taking these, and they’re easy to swallow with water. I try to err on the side of caution in not taking more magnesium than is required since it can lower blood pressure and mine is already at the very lower end of the normal range. I will definitely consider buying this magnesium again. Since I have found 1 capsule an effective dose for me, it will last me 4 months which makes it perfectly affordable. For comparison, I used to take 125mg of a different brand’s non-liposomal formula with seemingly the same effect. *** UPDATE - after a while on this I ended up having to use 2 a day to maintain the same effect

This is the magnesium supplement I needed to have in my life. I drink lots of coffee so usually my morning energy boost ends midday. The daily dose is 4 capsules so the box has a 30 days supply. I only take one capsule a day durinng breakfast and it works wonders. I no longer loose my energy midday and don't need another coffee in the afternoon to keep me going. It is pricey magnesium but it is definitely worth buying considering the effects and high quality. Totally recommended!
