is this real carbon fiber or just paint?

Paint carbon fiber,made of high quality ABS.

Does the included screws fit into holes that is already on the bumper or are they self tapping screws I need to drill holes myslef?

Screws are provided but they are slightly too short to use with the existing holes on the bumper. The screws provided are about .5" inches long but .75" inches is needed. The side diffuser skirts do not come with pre-drilled holes but the spots for the holes are easily identifiable. Overall the installation of the diffuser is fairly easy.
