Have been on this for only a month and I can already tell a difference in my skin tone and joint pain with better mobility. I don't know why I had so much energy yesterday, as I did when I was young. Then I remembered I'd been taking it for three days straight. Because I had so much energy yesterday. It's powerful stuff. I noticed a bit of a weight loss after taking this for a few weeks, but was amazed at the amount of energy that I have each morning after taking this at night. I'm always really tired in the mornings and can't get going until after I have had my first cup of coffee. But, after taking capsule at night for a few days, I realized that I am energized and ready to go in the mornings. The media could not be loaded.  I have read a lot about the benefits of resveritrol.i started taking them after reading advice .I am currently on my second bottles of these..I really feel they increase my energy and possibly my immunity also, as have breezed through winter so much easier this year it may be because I am getting more sleep .

I decided to try this product after researching it's properties and desirable benefits. Obviously anti- aging would be appealing to everyone but I was more interested in the heart health aspects. I gather there is a desirable reduction in blood pressure. That has started to reduce since I bought these. Also my heart palpitations have been less severe. I'm pleased to report that I haven't had a bad attack since purchase of this item. but so far I would report positive benefits from this Resveratrol supplement.
