What a brilliant book!My copy of Cooking with heroes has incredible recipes, from the traditional, everyday to exotic. This book has also had me in tears reading the amazing life stories of so many incredible heroes, some I had never heard of.This is not only a ridiculously bumper sized brilliant recipe book, but such an interesting glossy read.I have already re ordered a couple more as will make fantastic gifts.Great little find, it’s definitely a thumbs up from me.

What a tremendous book! Not sure whether to leave it in the kitchen or pop it on the coffee table. Well written, wonderful photography and easy to follow recipes. The stories of heroism are truly inspiring and all written by servicemen... Outstanding!

What an absolutly amazing book not only a recipe book but amazing stories of heroic people and having the privilege of knowing some of the people in it is amazing and one or 2 of them are actually my instructors and know all the hard work they do for us is just amazing in its selfI would highly recommend for yourself or as a gift

Wow, what an amazing book. I can't wait to try all the recipes, there are so many and they all look fabulous!!The background stories and historic pieces that are also in this book are inspiring and so well written.This is definitely a must buy book and to think you're also helping our heroes!!

A perfect accompaniment to the RAF100 Cookbook. Beautifully designed, with heroic stories, and also raising monies for The Royal British Legion. Worthy indeed!

Brilliant book. Lots of really nice recipes. Fab value for money, so much so that other family members have bought the book since reading our copy.

This is a very good quality book, which has been produced to raise funds for the Royal British Legion. It contains a variety of recipes and also includes a lot of short biographies/histories of servicemen and women who gave their lives for their country. It contains many fascinating stories.
