look so old school I love it! not a fine pop filter but do the job well not so closely ! easy to clean don't take to much space!

Doesn't fit MXL 990. Scratches mic
Doesn't fit MXL 990. The latching mechanism won't snapshot around the body of the microphone because the diameter is too small. As you try to figure this out even though it's an MXL product for an MXL product and it should fit You will inherently scratch the back of your microphone where the latch is attempting to snap shut. Thanks MXL. I really appreciate you sending me a product that scratch my mic and doesn't fit. Solid, solid work there.

It is a great windscreen and you can augment it with a 'stocking' (Ladys) works very well.Big thumbs up. A little bumd on the shipping though.
