Victorinox Straight Blade Offset Spatula Knife, Black, 5.2763.16

Je n'utilise quasiment qu'exclusivement que Victorinox depuis des années et possède 3 spatules: La spatule est solide, sa flexibilité et finesse me conviennent parfaitement. Je l'utilise beaucoup pour lors de la cuisson des poissons, et autre ingrédients sur le fourneau, également pour la mise sur assiette. Le manche est composé d'un plastique de qualité qui ne marque que peu si malheureusement vous l'oubliez sur le rebord d'une poêle. J'utilise se modèle depuis des années, d'autres collègues également et nous en sommes tous satisfait.

Why is it a Gazunda I asked my Head Chef. He told me it's called that because it "Goes under". Bought this to use as a serving tool during my job as a chef. It has been a great purchase and has made my job that much easier. LIghtweight and well made as you would expect from Victorinox. Comfortable when used for a prolonged length of time. Not the cheapest available but you get exactly what you pay for with this brand. HIghly recommend

I like the size except the shoulders are too narrow and it's very thin material which flexes nicely, but I expected it to be more sturdy, especially for Victorinox and the cost.

Ottima spatola per la cucina

Kleine feine Kelle/Spachtel. Kelle selbst auch biegsamem Edelstahl, haben zuerst geglaubt, das das Material doch ziemlich dünn ist, aber beim Gebrauch merkt man dann, dass es doch passt. Habe immer ein wenig Angst, dass ich sie doch verbiege, war aber bis jetzt aber nicht der Fall und wird wahrscheinlich auch nicht passieren. Keine scharfen Kanten, Kelle wird nach vorne hin breiter (ca. 4 bis 5 cm), vorne dann schön abgerundet, beim ausprobieren merkt man dann erst, dass das Ding wirklich gut funktioniert. Beim Ansatz zum Griff um ca. 45° abgewinkelt, wird nach oben hin schmäler, dann noch einmal abgewickelt zum Griff hin und der Griff steht dann auch richtig schön flach in die Höhe. Wenn man das Ding dann umlegt, ist alles auch schön eben und so lässt es sich dann auch am Besten verstauen. Griff selbst auch schwarzem Kunststoff, tadellos gefertigt, ist schön griffig und liegt auch gut in der Hand. Einfach, aber gut, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
