Poor quality, terrible instructions
My son was very excited to see the package arrive. We got right to work putting it together. I told him it should only take a few minutes. Not so.First, the bag that hardware came in was so flimsy that it broke during transit and the hardware was all over the inside of the box. And, the packing tape holding the box closed had a hole right in the middle, so at first I feared I was missing parts. Also, some of the hardware (nuts/bolts) is pre-installed, but apparently not tightened very well because adjustable piece on the one handle was not on and its screw/nut was also just floating around in the box.Second, the instruction sheet is tiny. There is no text saying what to do other than "first step", "second step", etc. The pictures are 3/4" x 1" and not clear at all as to what they're telling you to do. There is a picture (drawing) of the hardware included, but no indication as to what should be used where. I still have no idea what the two split washers were supposed to go. Oh, if you're trying to figure it out, the black sticky pads that it comes with are most likely supposed to go onto the metal surface between the handlebars and the hover board (to keep from scratching the hover board presumably). This is just a guess on my part, though, because there is no note of it in the instructions. The bolt that goes on the adjustment (where it attaches to the hover board) is one of those types that has a square section just below the bolt head. The square fits in the slot so that you can tighten the nut without having to hold the nut side. That's supposed to be how it works, but in this case, the slot is too big for the square and the bolt just turns and you can't get the bolt all the way tight. I'm just hoping the Velcro that goes around the bottom will hold it in place.UPDATE: the Velcro didn't hold it. The adjustment opened up all the way, and, as a result, the edge stuck out to where it could hit the ground and quickly wore through the Velcro. Now I have it held together temporarily with some heavy-duty zip ties until I can come up with something better. Also, the Velcro strap was too long for my son's board. I wasn't sure if I should cut the extra length off or what. The problem is that because both ends come back together in the middle, you have to do *something* with the extra length or they just hang there and would likely get caught on something as he rides. Finally, there is a very noticeable dent in the one handle bar. It was like this out of the box. The paint was not scratched at all, so I'm led to believe that it left the factory like this. Either the quality inspection is poor or the workers/management don't care enough to put out a quality product.I should have packed it back up and sent it back. But my son was so anxious to ride it, I didn't do so. Now, with my update above, I really wish I would have because I don't know what I'll do for a permanent solution to the worn-through Velcro.

Works well after replacing the velcro
The actual seat part is sturdy and easy to put on the board, but the first ride my son took on the seat, the velcro part broke. He weighs 60ish pounds, so that was not the issue, and the seat was put together correctly. The Velcro was just cheap or possibly dry rotted. The Velcro secures the seat to the board and needs to be replaced with a better quality velcro. When the Velcro broke, the seat came unsecured from the board, and miraculously my son did not get hurt, but it was only because he had fast reflexes when the seat came loose. We replaced the velcro, and my son has been able to enjoy the board ever since. Another issue was the instructions that were included were very small, so if someone needs to use them I recommend having a magnifying glass handy. I was impressed by how fast it still goes with the seat attached.

So fun
My daughter got this for her birthday. It was easy to build and fit on her hoverboard with ease. It took her a couple of minutes to figure out and she was off. She has a blast going up and down the street on it and she is 5. I like how you can adjust the foot rests so an adult could use it too. My husband and I have both used it with no problem as well as my 5 year old daughter. Definitely recommend.

Directions
The directions to put this product together is TERRIBLE. Only a few pictures on a very small diagram sheet. No real instructions at all. Had to go through a process of elimination with the screws and washers to figure out where they all went and even then it was a guessing game. Also the straps that were provided could not figure out which way there were supposed to go to attached the seat to the hoverboard. Glad we set this up before we had a child standing there waiting to use it. The seat itself is fine and works well. Manufacturer/distributor should have a more detailed sheet under their product on the amazon website, if they don't want to print a larger, more details sheet of directions. Thank you.

Velcro is terrible
With this being an outdoor toy, you would think that it would have straps that tighten to hold it to the hoverboard, not Velcro.

Fun
The media could not be loaded. The strap that holds the cart to hoverboard broke the first night so got Velcro strap from Walmart crafts to replace it. The stronger more powerful hoverboard like T6 works best. Super fun. “Uninterested” people tried it and then went and got a hoverboard of their own lol

Directions are junk
So the directions are absolutely pointless besides showing what should come with it. I realized what I got is not the seat that is pictured or advertised. It looks like a kind of cheaper version. There was loose bolts in the box and the box was damaged, I'm shocked they didnt fall out. I was able to get it together and it looks decent enough. Im praying it holds up for a bit since my son has wanted one for so long.
