GoCat Da Purr-Peller Cat Toy Refill

My 2 cats are pretty playful and anything can be a toy for them, that being said they LOVE this. They go absolutely wild for it! Not the sturdiest to tease my predators with but clearly the manufacturer tries. Worth it!

This is one of my cats' favorite toys. The design allows the propeller to move around while it goes through the air, which makes my kitties bonkers. This is a great toy, but the way my cats play means the propeller doesn't last long, so we buy replacements quite frequently.

Okay, to be fair, the refills are expensive and you go through them pretty quickly (my fur beast destroys about 1 per week). BUT, I have tried cheaper brands and the problem with other brands is that wooden ball in the center is too light so it doesn’t get enough weight to allow it to swing quickly back and forth. However, the Purrpellers(sp?) are heavier and get a GREAT swing and make a propeller sound when they go through the air that makes my kittens CRAZY! I’ve seen my cats launch about 5’ off the ground to grab one of these mid-air on numerous occasions. It’s so entertaining. If you are going to buy these, this is absolutely the best brand.

My picky cat’s absolute favorite is, paws-down, the “helicopter birds” by GoCat. He will patiently wait for me to come “play birdie” after his breakfast … every morning. He has chewed off many a wing, so we always keep the back up birdies close. Worth their weight in gold.

The cat loves this thing but the price is a little too high and it does not last long enough

This is probably one of the most exciting toys for my cats (especially kitten!), but they literally stripped it of all of the feathers within one day. And I don't do unsupervised play. That happened while playing. Then what you're left with is a little feather nubs and a heavy wooden ball in the center that knocks them in the head if you're not careful. I ordered a couple of more to see how they held up and it was the same. I think the idea is great, but the design needs some work.

This is a great upgrade for those using regular feathers on their cat wands. This thing spins easily with just the slightest movement. My cat can't get enough of it! The only drawback is that because it is made of feathers, your cat will probably destroy it within a relatively short period of time. This is because your cat will want to play with it constantly! You cant really make feathers cat proof. The regular feather wand tips last much longer because my cat loses interest in them in just a few minutes of play. They are a bit pricey compared to regular feather attachments, but I feel its worth the money once I see how excited my cat is to play with it. I have actually had to remove it from his wand between play sessions so he cant chew it to pieces.
