Cushioning makes it comfortable to wear even longer then prescribed
I suffered a stroke and have to wear a brace nightly to straighten out my arm and hand. I purchase this one on the recommendation of my ox therapist because of the padding. My hospital issued brace left me wwirtcgwith this padded brace Can sleep and even wear the brace during the daytime since it’s so comfortable.

To aid with my Mother's fingers
I bought this for my Mother, as her fingers are curling on one of hands and if we can't get them to straighten out, they will be frozen in a curled state. I don't know if this has helped as of yet, as she is in a nursing home.
