Outstanding Strap!
UPDATE: Liked this so much, I bought a second one, in black, for a Charmex Swiss Military (Hawk Nero) watch. It came with a decent canvas, leather backed strap, but it was one of those cases where it was either one hole too loose, or one hole too tight, and I remembered this strap (original review below) that fit so well. Looks great on the olive-faced, black case pilot/military style watch. Quality of this second one was as perfect as the first one. Original review: Very phenomenal find, and under twenty bucks! Easily on par with straps for which I've paid more than double, in terms of price. I have one Citizen watch I've never really liked. A somewhat un-friendly design for its multifunction abilities, a bezel that is a tad too loose are a few of its quirks, but I realized the other day that the strap it came with is one of the main things that annoys me about it. It's genuine leather, but thin and overly shiny and very cheap looking/feeling, kind of bringing down the whole look/feel of the watch itself, so I decided to see if a new strap would bring some interest back to the watch, so it isn't just forever relegated to being a display piece in my watch collection. The case and dial leans to a field/pilot look, so the existing strap was somewhat incongruent, and I thought that this heavier, rustic look might be the answer. This strap certainly did the job, breathing new life into this watch! This is one of the best straps I've bought over the years, to be honest, and very surprising at this price point. Generously thick, genuine leather, yet very supple and forms easily to the wrist. A nice finish on both the inner and outer surfaces. Beautifully made, and very sturdy, not a stitch out of place. Stylish buckle. Came with pin sleeves and pins, although I opted for just the pins, with no issues (pin sleeves make it more difficult to remove, and I like to be able to take it off for cleaning and conditioning as needed). I did give it a treatment with Mink Oil, for added protection, and, as expected, it darkened a bit, to a very handsome chocolate hue and is now even more soft and flexible (with added water and stain shielding). It gave the watch a much more upscale and masculine look, which was perfect, since it was a field watch style design, making this beefy strap an ideal addition. This is now a watch I'll wear often, thanks to this great strap. Highly, highly recommend!

It lasted a glorious two years and looked marvelous the whole time.
The first thing I did when I got my original Huawei Watch back in early 2016 was to upgrade the ugly watch band it came with for something else. I wanted something wide like a 22mm instead of an 18mm because in my opinion it looks more masculine when it's wider. I ordered the 22mm dark brown Berfine and made small cuts at the ends where it attaches to the watch to make it fit the 18mm opening. It worked and looked great. (You can see how it looks on the zoomed picture of the black Berfine band). About a year goes by and one day while I was replacing brakes on a vehicle while wearing my watch (dumb, I know), I got a big slash mark down the watch band. The band was still functional but I didn't like the mark so I purchased the light brown 22mm band to replace it. I've been using the light brown watch band now for 2 years and finally the band loop wore down to the point where there's no more leather on one of the corners (you can see this in the picture). At this point, the band is absolutely beautiful. It looks aged and weathered with a ton of character. However, I can't wear a band that's flopping around on me and watch band loops are stupid expensive. So, with reluctance, I decided to purchase another band. I did a lot of searching to see if there are any other bands out there I would like to try. I am limited in my search because I can't get a band with quick release pins because I need to cut the band to make it more narrow and the process would cut into the quick release portion of the band and reduce its lifespan considerably. Well, after a long search, I came back to Berfine and decided to try the black band. It gives the watch a totally different look and is made with as much quality as the previous bands. I'm excited to see what it looks like after it starts to age. An important note on the color. The bands darken over time, as you would expect with real leather. You'll see the most darkening occur in the first 2 months or so. If you want a dark brown, consider getting the light brown as it will darken nicely over time. The dark brown band turns a very dark brown, almost to a black. Both browns are beautiful, but take the darkening into consideration when you're making your decision on which to buy. An important note on the fit. It will stretch and conform to your arm. I suggest using a hole that may seem too snug at first, but after a short time (a few weeks), it will fit perfectly. I may update this review in a few years to show how the black band looks and report on its wear. I fear the watch itself will give up before the current watch band, as the battery is slowly fading. I do believe it has another year or so before either I take it apart and replace the battery or purchase something new. I hope this helps someone who is looking for a new watch band to make their decision.

Amazing quality!!
OK...this is my first review I Amazon. I have never left one until now. But this watch strap is just so nice, I simply had to. For context...I am a watch snob. I own WAAAAY too many...and some very expensive, some not so much...let's call 'em beaters. But I love them all and really love collecting and wearing a nice watch with a wrist presence. And I prefer a big presence with my watches. As in BIG watxhes are my preferred, which call for a big equally impressive strap. (If you are the same then you already get where this is going!) All to say...to me, a strap/band/bracelet is as important as the the face itself. This particular strap is seriously thick (a must), yet very suptle (a must) with a continuous non-tapered 24mm size. (I can't stand a watch strap that is 22/24mm at the lugs but then tapers down to a 20mm...sorry...that's just UGLY! And the buckle is SO solid and HUGE! The way it should be in a solid, thick, wide, leather strap! I have had watch straps in this category 2-3 x's the price but no better, usually worse. BTW I get nothing for this review, other than to share some insight for those who love their watches as I do. You can't go wrong...already ordering another and considering a 3rd. 👍

Good wristband, but not for Gear S3
The good: The wristband is comfortable and attractive, seems well made, and decent quality materials. It is pretty bulky, but I find it actually goes well with the Gear S3, which is a pretty large device on its own. Plus I have giant hands, so it all works out. The bad: As supplied, there is no way to remove this wristband from my S3. The wristband is supplied with two springbars to attach it to the watch, and two metal sleeves which are presumably to prevent the springbars from wearing out the band. The problem is the sleeves are exactly 22mm long, which means there is *zero* space in between the studs of my watch to get any sort of tool in. If I had used the sleeves, there would be no way of removing the band without completely destroying it and possibly damaging my watch. Instead, I omitted the sleeves, and cut a small notch into the leather to make room for a tool so I can remove the band if I want to later on. This will probably cause the leather to tear or wear out much sooner than it would otherwise, but I'm okay with buying a new one every year or so.

Excellent Choice for Samsung Gear S3 Frontier
I'm very happy with this band. I wanted something to replace the rubber band that came with the S3 Frontier. 22mm bands fit the S3. This one in particular is twice as much as some of the others available that are prime and highly rated but you really get what you pay for here. This band is premium. Feels great on the wrist. High quality that you can see and feel. Very secure! This watch is not cheap and I wanted something that was quality and would keep my watch on my wrist without fear of cheap material that might give when I'm being active. Beyond that it looks AMAZING WITH the watch itself. The band is a rich dark brown with a black sighting that really ties in nicely with this S3 in particular. I thought about the brown and black maybe not going together but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the side of the band is in fact black and looks amazing. The metal, the stitching, the quality of the leather, everything about it I'm very pleased with. You get what you pay for. This watch band is quality and you can see it and feel it. Sure to get noticed. I would highly recommend.

Big buckle.
Install was easy, leather quality is ok, should soften over time. But the metal buckle is ridiculously big, just way too big. It looks comical. If the buckle was smaller and shaped differently it would look good.
