I both take these and I professionally recommend them. This fiber tablet is great to relieve constipation or diarrhea. It’s all in how much water you take them with. The more liquid you take them with, the more they act against constipation. Take them with less water & they help absorb extra liquids in the intestines, helping to control diarrhea. Just give it some time of experimentation to find out what you need.Always take these with liquid and don’t lie down for 15-30 minutes after taking!
