How can these be removed without pushing them further into the ear?

To remove the earplugs without pushing them further, simply press up behind your ear and they will fall out. We’ve shot a detailed video instruction for you (search in youtube: how to use pq earplugs) to see and learn exactly how to do it :) Victoria Your PQ Personal Assistant

What type of wax is this made of?

The wax ingredients are not listed on the container. fyi, they work well.

Do these have a new box? Last order was not in plastic protection but paper and each plug indiv wrapped. Does not seem as sanitary.

They came in a box together and a little box for putting them in to use. Most of the time we have thrown them out after use as my son has used them for swimming only and not sleeping.

Where are these made?

We are cooperating with manufacturers from all over the World, including the USA and China. Let me give you an insight into this process so that you don’t have any concerns! Before selling our products, we conducted thorough quality checks of more than 500 earplug manufacturers and cherry-picked only a few of the best ones, with whom we are now cooperating. We regularly check the quality and certification of the product. PQ wax earplugs are BPA-free, as they don't contain plastic. Also, they are latex-free. So that makes them non-toxic and hypoallergenic. All our team members use PQ earplugs regularly, which is another reason why we deeply care about product quality and ensuring that our customers get the best. Thank you for your question, and I hope this helps! Victoria Your PQ Personal Assistant
