Great little pan.

This is a small cast iron pan big enough for two eggs to fry in ,great for scrambled egg the sides are nice and deep ,pan heats up really well and very quickly and very easy to clean will definitely buy the bigger one in the near future .

Able to get pan really hot for steak perfect

Followed all instructions on how to prepare it or supposed to be preseasoned the moment I used it everything inside came up so the food had black bits stuck to it ,cannot use it again, and not returning it just throwing it away as it's not worth the effort, I would not recommend this you'd get what you pay for it was too cheap and the catch was that on my induction cooker a skillet that's supposed to be able to work in all temperatures totally didn't , the outside of it remained seasoned, looking at the Inside You Could See once the black came off while cooking that the base was a metal that looked like the " pre season" had been painted on, I own other cast iron pans pots I never have a problem with them.

Excellent pan make sure you seal it

This is a lovely little frying pan but the coating was a bit 'hit and miss' and there were areas which rusted. You will need to keep the pan well 'seasoned' and I find this is neaded after each use to prevent the rust patched from reappearing. Hence the 3 stars.

After seeing Phil Vickery use it on This Morning to make Toad in the, I thought I would see if the proof was actually in the pudding.It certainly was!Mine have never been so good. The pan maybe heavy but the batter didn't stick, is a perfect size for two people and cleans up really well.
