Not Worth the Price
Purchased this keyboard July 14, 2025 and loved the ergonomics and the ease of typing. Worked great for a while. Less than 2 months later it doesn't work at all. All I can use is the number board and the mouse that came along with it. I have tried ALL the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing. DO NOT pay $399.00 for this keyboard when a $34.99 keyboard will work the same and last longer. Very disappointed

Great size and other features
Exactly what I wanted, to replace the identical product purchased several years ago that is showing signs of wear. I love the split keyboard with a narrower width (uses less desk space), due to the lack of a built-in keypad. I also love the wireless feature and the mildly ergonomic mouse.

Almost identical to the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Wireless Desktop Keyboard
I bought this to replace my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard that I had for five years, until I accidentally spilled water on it. I really like the natural feel of this keyboard, the ease of use, and padding for the wrists. This new keyboard feels the same, but the Chinese symbols on the keys were disorienting. So I used the enclosed labels to cover up the keys for a more traditional appearance. The setup was easy, since I already had the drivers on my computer; just inserted the dongle, and it was ready to go. So far, I am satisfied and believe this keyboard will be durable for a long time.

Mouse doesn't work
After delivered, for the first few weeks, both keyboard and mouse were working fine and then neither wanted to work. Our IT guy looked at it and thought he had resolved the issue but an hour later, the mouse isn't working again. In less than 30 days, there doesn't seem to be an opportunity to return but am hoping the seller can make it right and send another mouse. Over $400 for this combo and am hoping it's not a waste. UPDATE SPOKE TO SELLER AND WILL NOT BE REPURCHASING THROUGH THIS SELLER. HORRIBLE SELLER

Best ergonomic keyboard
My favorite ergonomic keyboard. I have two of these antiques, and they both still work solid. The gap in the middle of the keyboard makes it easy to pick up one-handed. The 10-key is great as well. The mouse was the only real fail in this suite as it was too bulky. If they made a rechargeable BT version, it would likely have had enough traction to still be on the market.

Built to Last
I’ve had mine for almost 12 years. The encryption alone makes it worth the money. Though stressful to never lose the usb key when changing offices. People mention sticky keys… it’s true but sticky keys are a result of sticky fingers… clean it will electronic safe cleaner like WD-40 electronics cleaner and it’s back working perfect. For this seller you’re probably getting a used one or refurbished one as Microsoft hasn’t made these in a decade. So the price seems steep but it’s a quality product the stands up to time. Take that as you will. If new it’ll be the last keyboard you buy.
