Really good product if maybe a little overpriced. As per other reviews, make sure to buy plenty as it is very easily soaked in. I used 500ml bottle along with 250ml of the matching thinner plus 100ml of water to make it go just a little further. Take plenty of time to apply and do so sparingly. Use a brush to apply and a sponge to help spread it out. One coat has covered my medium sized single chair; no second coat will be required as the finish is even and has dried true to the colour on the swatches. Will need to wait a couple of days for it to fully cure and to test for colour fastness.

Works well .. used to restore the inside roof of my classic camper van .. did a good job but will probably need a second coat to be perfect .. easy to apply .. just make sure you give it a good shake

Did not work for the intended purpose. The fabric had double colour when applyied onto the old fabric sofa

Good colour but makes the fabric very hard, perhaps not recommended for velvet or draylon upholstery.

I have a 1990's cream bed base with shiny pattern on. I changed my bedroom colour to grey but didn't want to buy a new bed. Googled fabric dye and found Scratch Dr. Bought small bottle and covered 3 drawers and one side. Ordered the large one and did rest of base and 4th drawer. Also did 2nd coat on 3 drawers. Ordered another large bottle and did remaining parts again,then gave all a 3rd coat,apart from back of base. Well pleased with result. It's not brilliant as shiny parts didn't cover as well and the parts with no solid material behind look a bit patchy. BUT... it's not cream and 90's looking! Will fit with my new colour.Would recommend it

First time I ever used fabric dye because it was too much work to re-upholster the chair. The size of the bottle itself may have just been enough for one and a half chair, but the result speaks for itself! I may have been lucky that the dye seems to be made for my fabric. I understand the results vary depending on fabric type, colour and texture but for this project, the dye was perfect. I applied with a sponge and made sure that every part of the fabric was covered and soaked up with the dye. I left it drying in the sun and then later in the warmth inside for about 24 hours however it was touch dry after about 4 hours. Now that it's fully dry I can confirm it does not rub off on clothes, and I even cleaned it after with a moist cloth and the dye stays put. Will recommend this!

Sadly this product doesn't work 😔 at least it hasn't worked on my new jumper which I have managed to get bleach on the sleeve. Also I would like point when you buy fabric dye, you also have to buy colour boost separately which I have found out once I was reading instructions, each bottle cost around £10 so not cheap! For that price I would expect it to work! This morning was the 3rd time I have tried to use the product and nothing again after I left it to work yesterday all-day until this morning.
