Not Ideal For Sleeping on Side; Ok Face-up
On plus side, these are difficult to come out of your ear and lose the plugs. The only downside that I noticed is that the surrounding brace doesn't allow you to sleep comfortably if you sleep on your side; the brace gets in the way. Great if you sleep face-up. Also ideal for other uses like flying or overall noise reduction.

Je cherchais des bouchons faciles d'utilisation car à l'usine je dois mettre et enlever les bouchons plusieurs fois par jour parce que je travaille dans plusieurs départements. Et ceux-ci me facilitent grandement la vie. Je peux le faire sans enlever mes gants.
