I have used Plantronics headsets for 25 years or more. I don't believe there is a better headset out there. If you need multiple headsets in one office, there are other models that can work, but for one headset, this is the best wireless one out there. It has a model that attaches to your ear and I prefer that model. This one has a band that goes over the head, which my wife prefers. Once you use a headset you will never go back to using the handset. No more pinching your neck while you write or type something. At first you feel like a phone operator but quickly get past that. Like I said... you will never go back to handsets. Be sure to order the auto lifter as well for true hands free operation.

I am in accounting/AR and spend 90% of my day on the phone. My supervisor had one & suggested I get one because of the time I am on the phone & I must say, I LOVE THIS HEADSET!!!! I can type, walk around my office & in general do more than one thing at a time with both of my hands free now. Everyone in our company is getting one. A really great piece of equipment for anyone who is on the phone a lot. LOVE< LOVE< LOVE!!!!!!!

Works ok, sound quality could be better. The thing I really don't like is how poorly the headset fits into the charging cradle. It fits but it takes a few try's at exactly the right angle to get it to sit. I don't have time for that!
