The shaft swivels reducing stress. The adapter makes it very easy to apply a smaller hose. I have to watch mechanics for they steal as many as they can get for they are good for a lot of things to for them. They are perfect for pre-prepared shots or double shots to the beach. They can even handle jello shots. Sorry I don't use it for medical reasons. And they will spray water up to 50 feet with amazing accuracy. Perfect for areas that do not allow glass, no messy bottles and cheap enough to dispose of. The cap actually seals, excellent quality. As a feeding tube this would be perfect, easy to disassemble.

Just to curtail all of the questions I have seen on similar items, there are 30 individual syringes in this box. They are each wrapped and sanitary, not sterile. Each bag is resealable for repeated use. Each syringe has an reduction tip to seal properly with smaller tubes. They also come with a cap to keep it sanitary/clean. The thumb hole works great and makes it much easier to use. These are the best syringes I've used and the price is fantastic. Once I get through this 30 pack, I will be ordering the same ones again. Look no further. Get these. You won't regret it

This is exactly what I needed for antibiotic bladder irrigations. You can’t do them without the blue catheter tip that is provided in these! (Other companies advertise catheter tip but the catheter tip isn’t actually provided.) And each syringe comes individually packaged. This is a great product!

I like the loop and extra protrusions on the tube. These give more control. But these only last a day, maybe two, if you use it for something more than water or clear liquids. I give vitamins and supplements to a bed-ridden elderly parent who has a feeding tube. She requires more than her formula provides and she has medications on to of that. So these are a necessity. However, they do not last long. After 2 or 3 doses with the "Extras" these tubes no longer allow the plunger to move. You cannot clean them all enough to get the plunger to move enough to get all the dose into her feed g tube. On more than one occasion attempting to draw the plunger back out the black rubber portion of the plunger broke away from the plunger, itself, causing quite a mess. I wish these were more easily cleaned or actually able to be cleaned. Essentially, they require that they be disposed of and not reused. That makes them more costly. But they work great for the first use. They just should not be a onetime use item, at least for my use needs.

The DYND70642 Enteral Feeding Tube syringes are far superior to others provided by agencies. That is why I chose to purchase. They pull more easily, have finger loop to hang while performing other tasks, and the plunger rubber is longer lasting.

Glad these are available BUT they leak. Used for family member with peg tube. Liquid runs out the back. Care touch syringes work better
