It's good for nasal inhalation as it gives right amount of steam flow. Initially you'll get some different kinda smell but is good overall.

I am disappointed The tank is spilling water I was so happy with it for the 1 st 2 weeks But then everytime I want to fill the very small tank it is just another Hassle because it is constantly leaking
