So this powder smells great and then tastes great. I put this in my 1st cup of coffee each day, as an older woman it’s great to get 20grans of protein into my diet so easily! have a battery operated frother thingy and it helps with clumping… it would take a minute to get the clumps out with only a spoon. I am on my 6th container of this and I will keep buying it!

good quality protein
The protein powder doesn't dissolve easily in most liquids. The best that I have found is to add this to my coffee and use a mixing wand to get to it dissolve. There is a slight after taste to this, but not horrible.

Doesn't dissolve in my hot coffee unless I use my handheld frother/blender. It's got 2x calories and 3.5x sodium than another brand I like better. It tastes ok (not very sweet if that's what you're looking for) and is quite thick once blended in.
