I love my Apple watch (series 5), 40mm. But I also loved the type of watches that came with sturdy bands that I could buckle around my wrist, like the cheap watches one can buy at a discount store. This band fulfills everything I wanted, because not only does it buckle, it also provides a type of "bumper" protection for the watch as I'm always hitting it up against something. As for charging my watch, the back of the band allows it to fit both types of chargers that I own without any problem. Also, I've always been a little leary of the way Apple bands attach to the watch itself. What if they come off, or slip off, or become less dependable due to constantly changing out the bands? This band doesn't attach that way, rather my watch slips inside the case. It does NOT have a watch face cover, which is a good thing because those cases fill with water from the shower when I go swimming or simply from sweat. That water/moisture then creates a type of barrier preventing me from using the front of the watch as the watch would no longer recognize my touch. I have only found one problem with this band, and that's when I try to turn the dial on the side when it's wet. After a shower or when I go swimming, I have the watch in "water lock," it is very difficult to turn the dial to turn off the water lock. However, that is the only problem I've found with the band. I highly recommend this band.

This is sturdy and a great fit. I like the color since I work outside and most of the other color get dirty. I like the bulkiness of it.

Good quality, reasonably priced

The product was exactly as ordered - arrived quickly, fit nicely, comfortable material, quite nice for the low price. Still not sure if I'll ever use it. I had imagined something rugged - and it is, kind of. The only shortcoming - one that I don't feel like risking - is that the watch doesn't seem super secure inside the band "holder". It's fairly easy to pop the watch into the band. That ease has me worried, however, that it might be too easy to pop the watch right back out of the band - at an active time when maybe I'm not paying attention. Like I could end up losing the watch out of the band on accident. Hence, I'm not willing to risk it. Too bad, band itself is comfortable and looks nice and rugged. Just don't want to lose my watch...

Updated: Since getting the gray band I’ve also gotten the neon green and blue. I love all three. They do a great job protecting my watch and are ruggedly upscale attractive. I’ve also dealt directly with this company’s customer service which responded immediately to my questions about cleaning the bands. They’re also GREAT and very customer friendly. I highly recommend these watch bands and the T-Engine company. Glad I found them! I'm a small-sized woman but I've always loved rugged looking sports watches. I'm also really into protecting my Apple Watch, especially since there's no fix to a cracked screen - only an exchange which can be costly even with AppleCare. I've been looking online for a durable good-looking sports band and finally settled on this one. It arrived yesterday and I'm beyond pleased. I got the gray which looks great. I love khaki green but this is advertised as military green and that wasn't appealing to me. I agree with another reviewer who lamented the fact that his screen protector got scrunched up with this band. The same thing is happening to my screen protector even though I've tried to fix it a couple times. This is problematic because I want to protect my screen. I'll try to find a fix for this but it won't change my mind about this watch band. I do wish there were more colors. My apple watch is red and I would have loved to get a red band (even though I know the red on my watch would be hidden). All in all, this is a great buy. If anyone can suggest a fix for the screen protector problem I'd really appreciate it.

UPDATE: I have worn this watch band for a week and it looks terrible!!!! I tried to wipe it, wash it, and even tried Mr. Clean Eraser and NOTHING! 😩 I’m so disappointed because I loved the color. This watch band is comfortable to wear. I am a nurse and I needed one that is easy to clean and comfortable to wear throughout a 12hr shift. My skin was not irritated at all. It’s a good quality and the color is super pretty!

This is a decently built tough watch band, it easily goes in and removes. It’s a tight snug fit for the iWatch so it’s not going to fall out or anything like that. I love the color choices you can choose even though limited for which watch you have. Ease to use, and the functionality is good. If you have large wrists like I do, this iWatch band isn’t for you. I have one notch to use instead of a couple. So if you want more room or not to over tighten probably not this Watch Band.
