(This is the wife of the account holder) I actually was taking this religiously and stopped (5-6 months ago) suddenly. No reason other than me being lazy, getting out of a routine, and never got back into it and not ordering more. I have also noticed my skin not being as lustrous, my Nails... They are horrible. The are so brittle I started questioning what is going on. My hair is also breaking super easy, and I was just baffled. I stopped to think what I have done differently, and it hit me. I stopped taking my biotin supplements. Honestly, I have trouble remembering to take supplements usually. But these are actually so tasty, this is how I got to taking them. I would actually look forward to taking them in the morning, just like when I was a child with Flintstone vitamins. Unfortunately, I need to order more, and stop being lazy lol. But I am convinced they work, and I am actually a person that is apprehensive on supplements. As for taste, they are actually really good and taste kind of like a berry flavored fruit snack. Recommended! I hate sounding like a simp for a company, but I really do like this product, and it works.
