Stainless steel
Sturdy, shiny, and super easy to clean. They do warp a bit if you're baking at very high heat, so I wouldn't make a jelly roll cake in them, but for anything else, they're perfect.

Easy Choice.
These pans are so easy and versatile. I am able to clean all of burned out pieces off in two seconds. They are thin so they fit anywhere and light so anyone can pick them up yet they are sturdy. I have used these pans for everything from baking cooking to roasting a chicken. They are amazing.

Work great, no rust!
I love these. They do warp a bit in the oven, but I haven't had anything fly off or get ruined from it.
