Relief with no Vet. visits!
This works wonderfully to keep runny stool in check. I mix with food and they don’t notice a difference in taste.

Not as effective as prescription
My old vet would prescribe endosorb when my dogs had GI issues and it always worked well for all 3 of my dogs. I have a new vet now who I cannot say enough good things about, buy they do not prescribe endosorb for GI issues, they gave me a prebiotic for my dog, which does not do the same thing, at least not in a timely manner. So I looked around and found this item, which is well reviewed and seems to be more or less the same thing. It really does not work as well and it must have a real funky taste because my dog avoids her food if this is on it. When using endosorb I needed only the tiniest bit on the food; this item requires much more and for a longer time. I'll keep using it when needed because it is better than nothing or a prebiotic.

Lack of appetite and vomiting occurred
Mixing at exact recommended dosage, our cat did experience relief from diarrhea, after 1 feeding (at the routine nighttime feeding)with the stiffer stool bowel movement the next morning. Unfortunately, our cat also stopped eating and drinking water, the next day, and developed nausea with vomiting. After a complete sleepless night and not eating or drinking water for the next full day. The condition worsened with our cat exhibiting lethargic behavior and labored breathing. Emergency veterinarian services were needed. This is Day (2) after the initial feeding to treat the diarrhea. Full examination and blood tests were performed indicating high levels for liver and kidney. An IV was administered to provide fluids, and anti- nausea medicine. We took our cat back home, no improvement, we returned back the next morning, with our cat dying. Not sure if there is any correlation to administering the stool fix, but our cat was fully energetic, had a healthy appetite, and was drinking plenty of water, but with diarrhea, prior to the feeding with the stool fix.Probably consult a veterinarian for diarrhea in your animal.

UPDATE: WORKED GREAT AFTER FOUND WAY TO GET CATS to EAT
UPDATE JUNE 2022=I was desperate since the Probiotics I also tried again didn't help because I couldn't get the right cat to eat it for 1-2 weeks in anything I tried. So I gave this Stool-Fix ONE MORE TRY - and IT WORKED! Loose stool in 2 of the cat boxes, I mixed smaller amount of this with Tuna paste in 3 bowls, hoping the one cat would eat it. But this time, I left the bowls alone for 6 hours - and all the bowls were cleaned. THE NEXT DAY, ALL the STOOLS WERE NICE AND FIRM!! Happened twice now, so I'm really hoping this is a FIX, for now at least!PREVIOUS REVIEW: Cats wouldn't touch the stuff...so Complete Waste of MoneyI even also bought the Pumpkin Paste to see if she would take the "Clay Anti Diarrhea powder", but she would not lick that even without the medicine. I don't blame her. I wouldn't want to eat clay either. I hope someone else will give me suggestions how to eliminate 1) Loose, watery stools; and 2) now urinating on my bed

Helped my IBD Cat
My cat had liquid diarrhea for months and nothing we tried was working. We went to the vet, changed his food, gave him different medicines and steroids and none of these things worked. In desperation I went online and found this anti-diarrhea clay and started adding it to his food. It made the diarrhea thicker so I added more and more until the diarrhea became a very soft log. My cat seemed to perk up and his mood improved. He was willing to eat more and move around more. His diarrhea eventually went away on it's own. I don't think this clay is what cured him, but it helped soothe my cat's bowels and slow his weight loss when nothing else was working. I still keep a bottle of this around and add it to his food as needed and it seems to bring him some comfort.
